My big house does not look junk chic, it looks junky. I have a lot of my dad's furnishings and boxes of other things, and persian rugs rolled up staged to trip over. next to the treadmill in the family room I have boxes of important papers
and my dining room is full of chairs and beautiful memories.
This is going to be a great year. I did not get a magic wand for Christmas like I hoped, but I am armed with goals.
This is going to be a superb year for all of us. Best wishes to you and your loved ones and hubby!!

ReplyDeleteOh the birds are so pretty! I love how they are arranged in the kitchen on the shelf with the greenery and white flowers. The little bits of yellow in the centers almost look like lights! The little knit scarves add a happy touch! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas. I've missed many of your blog posts so need to go back and read and get caught up. I never get them in my inbox like I used to, but this recent post DID show up in my inbox! Marilyn
