Christmas Cookies

Since Christmas is just around the corner I thought I would share some of these yummy Christmas Cookie recipes.

My sweet friend Jemma had on her FB page this link for the cutest and yummiest cookies ever for the holidays.  I thought I would share it with you.  Nice part is you can begin to bake these and freeze them.  I always give my neighbors a tray of cookies. Seeing all these really unique and cute cookie recipes made me smile.

Scroll through the pics and if any of these strike your fancy you can go to the link below.  Happy Baking.  I know a lot of you begin your cookie backing early and freeze them.  I think that is a brilliant idea and it will make the downhill slide into Christmas a little more enjoyable.  With Thanksgiving and Christmas so close together it is good to be able to start some of the decorations and baking early.  At least that is what I have found to make things fun and less stressful at the holidays.

All of these and more can be found at KitchenFunWithMyThreeSons.

I found these Mud Pie Cookie plates awhile back on clearance and purchased a few to put my home baked cookies on for neighbors and friends.

They were so cute with the napkins and cookie server.

Happy Baking.

  6. Good morning Kris!

Oh, I don't know if I'll have the space to bake this year. Our bedroom renovation started yesterday and I think it's going to be at least two months until everything is buttoned up! Now, you're the one who shared the "potato chip cookie" recipe last year, right?

  14. Oh Kris, these are all adorable! I'm heading over to her blog to save a few recipes, though I seem to bake less and less each year. I might try the bon bon's.. for company, if I have any. I normally just make sugar cookies, frosted of course, and thumb prints with a little bit of mince meat in the center, or jam, and used to make gingerbread people when my boys were younger, but haven't for years. I do love a good gingerbread cookie though! Those plates are just adorable... I never get to any home stores as the closest ones are 50 miles away. Take care... Marilyn
