Potato Chip Cookies

Potato Chip Cookies Yum!

I know a lot of you are baking and getting all those yummy cookies ready for the holidays.  My good friends daughter makes the most delicious cookies and I wanted to share the recipe with you today.  They are fast and easy and oh so delicious.  Only a few ingredients.  With sharing the cookies on my last post I thought I would add these to the mix.  They are so easy to make and melt in your mouth.

It really is a very easy recipe and these cookies will melt in your mouth.  I promise.

The potato chips give these soft cookies a salty texture.  The cookies are soft and chewy with the crunch of the potato chips.  I promise these took me all of an hour from start to finish to make them and bake them.  Easy Peasy and one of the best cookies I have baked.
Enjoy.

  7. Oh my gosh! I totally forgot about these! Remember cookies in a jar? They had this recipe. My kids thought it was so cool to make cookies using potato chips. 😊 They were pretty tasty if I remember correctly.

  19. Kris, my late husband's grandmother baked potato chip cookies and they were delicious. I never knew anyone else who made these until I saw your post. Her cookies did not have powdered sugar on them, but I bet that addition makes them amazing! xx
