Sweet Kindness Thank You and Happy December

Happy December.  Hope your Thanksgiving was lovely.

I have said this before and will say it again there are some really wonderful sweet friendships made from blogging.
I am always amazed at how some of us have really connected and become friends through this crazy world of blogging.

Some of us bloggers have met friends from all over the world and have shared our hearts and friendships through the years.

Linda from Life and Linda is one of those special friends that has come into my life.
Linda is also the my fairy blog mother and I have leaned on her many times to help me out with my blog.  She is brilliant at creating blog designs.  If you go to her site here you can see many of the blog designs including mine.   I am so not computer savvy and Linda has a true gift to know how things work and when they don't work how to fix them!

If you ever have issues with your blog here is your Guardian Fairy Blog Mother to contact for help.  She is very reasonable and quick to respond.

Besides all the wonderful things she can help with our blog designs and issues she is a kind, caring and a beautiful woman.
I truly felt like I was in a Hallmark movie.  The wind was blowing and snow falling and I hear something at my front door.  I opened to door to find this beautiful gift on my porch.
Linda sent me this kindness gift and I wanted to show it to all of you.  It is so cute and is filled with some gorgeous spa items.

The hug in a mug just makes me smile, the cozy socks and candle and throw are gorgeous soft and comforting.  The Vanilla Coconut candle smells so good.  I cannot wait to try out this special spa treat for myself.
Thank you again Linda.  I am truly blessed by your friendship.

Hope all of you had wonderful Thanksgiving gatherings.  We got 9 inches of snow on Saturday so we went from Fall right into winter.  It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas for sure here in the midwest.

As we begin the slide down into Christmas I hope you will try to enjoy every minute we have until the big day.
Sometimes we get so caught up in decorating, buying that special gift and then wrapping and baking to name a few things  we forget to enjoy the little things like kindness shared.

Like in my previous kindness post I stated how nice it is to get an unexpected gift or card or phone call from someone.  Taking the time to remember people especially at this time of year is so important.

As we continue on with our busy schedules,  I hope you will take some time out for yourself.  Stop for a minute and just enjoy your decor, Christmas songs or enjoying a cookie where calories don't count at this time of year.  Indulge yourself and feel how blessed we really are in life.

Have a great new week as we enter into December.
Hugs,
Kris

  1. Hello, that is a sweet gift.
I think you are right on Kris, the surprise of something in the mail makes our day. And so many times we can be having a bad day when we get that surprise, making everything a wee bit better.
I thank you for our special blog friendship and all the ways you have surprised me.
    Love, Carla
