New Chair Re Love

I found this sweet French country chair at a shop I frequent.  I had every intention of painting this sweet girl with Fusion Paint.  After looking at her in my living room near the old vintage mirrors I thought Nope she needs to stay the way she is now.

I just recently found these cute pillows on Etsy.

I also had this French chair ruffle seat cover.  I added that to the chair and also found a good place for those cute pillows I just got.

The seat ruffle chair cover has ties in the back to keep it from moving on the chair.

This chair is very sturdy and the seat wide enough to be comfortable for a man to sit in.  This open space between my living room and dining room now has a pretty chair that is cute and functional.

Now that this sweet chair has a new home.  I am glad I did not paint this chair.  I like the contrast to all my whites and how it blends with the mirror colors.

I want to wish all of you a great rest of the week and a fun and love filled Valentines Day weekend.

Enjoy some sweet treats for Valentine's Day.  I had one of these awesome cookies with some tea and it was fabulous.

Happy Valentine's Day
Hugs,
Kris

  4. Your new chair is beautiful, and a great find! And you were so right to leave it as is, and just add some ruffles and charming pillows. It all looks so bright and welcoming. I especially like how you did your wall of mirrors; it fills the wall without overpowering the dining area. This new home of yours is coming together so beautifully!
