Michigan Birthday Escape and Cute Vintage Treasure Finds

Last week Terry and I ventured too Michigan for my birthday.  We stayed in a cute little cottage by the lake.
On this trip I visited some of my fave little shops in the cute towns along
Lake Michigan.
In one shop this sweet little casserole silver holder was just sitting there all lonely and calling out to me!

I added it to the silver tray I have on my kitchen counter along with a sweet little French clock I also found in that shop.

I think the clock and silver casserole holder added for a cute vignette.

I also found this cute little white chippy drawer.
Again just sitting there and needing to come home with me.
I was not sure what I would do with it then but when I got it home I found the perfect spot for it.

Yep!  fit perfectly under my old vintage window on the kitchen wall.

I will have fun switching things in and out of this sweet drawer box.

I also came upon this sweet unfinished vintage dresser.  Stay tuned to see what I have done with this piece.
Terry is finishing up some shiplap on one of my living room walls and then I will show you how that and this dresser all came together.

Have a great week.
We are still in a tug of war with cold spring temps and summer days.

A couple of days in the 40's and then 80's for a few days.
Crazy!

Hugs,
Kris
