| I showed you these cute bunnies and roses in my last post as the centerpiece on my dining table. I was out this weekend and found this cute chippy birdhouse. I thought perfect to put into my centerpiece. |

| It has a sweet design on the doors. The colors and chippiness were perfect to add to the centerpiece. |

| This is my cabinet painted in cream fusion paint. It needed something to give it more character. |

| I also wanted the other cabinet to match more with what I did to the tv cabinet. I used a natural stain over the paint. Brushed the stain on over the painted surface. Then with a cloth wiped it off until I got the look I wanted. Pretty Easy! |

| It gave the cream color some texture. |

| Now it looks similar to the TV cabinet on the other wall. It gave the plain matte finish a little more character and texture. Have a great rest of the week. Hugs, Kris |

How’d I miss this post, Kris? I love your new treasure and the stain over the paint. I’ve done that technique in the past myself and always like the look. It reminds me of me of the “antiquing” method I did in the 1970’s. Your big armoire looks perfect. You’re such an inspiration! xo
